Match report A superb performance by the under 13's batting first we scored 169 for 9 Captain Joe Clare top scoring with 33,Jake Pluckrose hit the bad balls really well scoring 24, Matty Richards was stroking the ball around all parts of the ground, hitting the tennis court fence for a superb 6 before falling for a brilliant 23. Special note goes to elliot Bodman, playing his first game, and facing a very quick Tom Alsop, Elliott stood up to everything thrown at him very bravely.Wickets fell at regular intervals during the Cannings innings, only Tom Alsop hanging around. Matt Richards 2.5-1-12-4 and under 11 player Alex Bates taking 2-30. The team all dug in today, and deserved a very good win, WELL DONE LADS.
